Background 

Tony is a licensed CA real estate broker who owns and operates Beachtime Realty and The Business Brokerage.  He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, The South Bay Association of Realtors, and the California Association of Business Brokers.  

Real estate became a passion of Tony's as early as the mid-1970s when he was helping his family with remodels in New York.  They purchased office buildings, single family residences, duplexes, historic buildings, bed and breakfast inns and did remodel work on all of them.  They also built homes from scratch.  Within 10 years, Tony was buying properties in Las Vegas and later Los Angeles and Miami.  He formed his own real estate company in 2007.  

Tony's professional career began in aerospace and defense and later shifted to management consulting for a then Big 5 consulting firm.  He has since purchased or created several companies in manufacturing, technology and leisure.  He earned his B.S. in Optics from the University of Rochester, a M.S. in Electrophysics from the University of Southern California, and a M.B.A. from UCLA.  

In his spare time, he has been writing a book on his heritage, focusing on events in Ireland and Italy that prompted his ancestors to leave their homes for the U.S.  He is also in the early stages of building a company in the area of wellness and life enhancement.

Tony has recieved several letters of appreciation from charities and a local mayor for his work supporting various causes or co-hosting fundraising events.
